Maintenance

Maintenance and servicing of technological equipment and pipelines should be carried out regularly to ensure that the treatment system works well, without incidents. The works system maintenance including inspection and repair (if damaged equipment is found).

2.1 Maintenance of technological pipelines

• Check the operation status of the shut-off valve, open on the water and gas pipelines. Check the one-way valve at the pump holes in the system. Ensure smooth technology pipeline system.

2.2 Sewage pump maintenance

• When operating, the engine emits a loud noise from the bearings, stop the pump and proceed to replace the pump bearings.
• Seeing the phenomenon of water leakage at the pump spread, replace the pump spread.
• Once a month, measure the motor amperage to evaluate the motor.

2.3 Chemical dosing pump maintenance

• Regularly clean the suction and discharge pipes of the pump every month because after a period of operation, the pipeline is easily blocked.

2.4 Air blower maintenance

• Every 10 days, injecting beef fat with temperature of 1250C into each air blower with a volume of one pump for one machine is 50g. Pump evenly at the grease-free points of the machine.
• Once a month, pump more oil (if there is a lack of oil). The oil used is P140. Pump the oil to the red line of the oil eye.

2.5 Periodic cleaning of the wastewater treatment system

• Daily cleaning, checking the garbage basket at the manhole, and at the sump at the treatment tank cluster to collect garbage every day, avoiding the long-term storage of garbage that will biodegrade causing odors.
• For the grease separator tank, it will be cleaned once a month to avoid the long-term storage of the grease tank, which will cause the pipe to flow through the air conditioner.
• The cleaning of the wastewater treatment system is carried out every 3 months. Cleaning consists of 2 parts:
• Wastewater treatment tank: Use clean water and soap around the outer wall of the tank.
• The equipment in the house operating the wastewater treatment system: use a clean and dry cloth to clean each device in the treatment system. When cleaning any device, it must be turned off. After cleaning, turn the device switch back to its original position.
